Very nice WG, the top one especially, that is the best photo I've seen as far as capturing Elijah Wood's face from the figure. Sad that you have to obscure the eyes in almost pure shadow to do it, if only they'd done a better paint job on those. Tim Miller definitely got the sculpt down, but the paint apps step it back a peg.

Keep up the images, have a nice Shelob's lair feel to them.

I'm happy to see that more fellow collectors are seeing the light and buying these guys!
IMHO, the LOTR line is Sideshow's best.
I know some of the sculpts haven't been stellar (although a repaint usually brings out the likeness nicely), but overall the attention to detail, the amount of accessories and the materials used are the best that Sideshow has offered.

The 2 Hobbits are great figures and I must admit I am indeed baffled by why they are taking the longest time to sell out.

In fact, I am thinking of buying a second set in the event I need to use the bodies to kit-bash my very own Merry and Pippin just in case SS decides to kill the line.

Maybe they got "lost" on purpose! That's why they took so long to get to you.
