What do you mean by Premium. THere is no premium version. Or are you speaking about the premium format?
It's a 1/6 scale head.
It won't fit the old sideshow Anakin body. It is made to fit newer hot toys bodies.

Both came with the same body... for most custom figures you'd want to upgrade the body to a TrueType or similar body. You could also mod a neck if you really wanted to use the Sideshow body, but it would be waste.
And congrats on the sale Seb, great paint work on him
