My WL for the ex just converted. Not sure whether a nameplate is that important when I can save some money by buying the regular instead.
Might cancel this.

The nameplate simply adds a nice touch........which IMO is better to have than not to have.......but as far as the price goes....sideshow sells it at the same price as the regular.

yes and no, while ssc has the same retail price for both, online retailers or those that sell on ebay get discounts on the reg editions.
so you will see many reg versions been sold for below retail.

Score! Just got the arrival notice! Its coming in in 18-20 days! Looks likes going to be $30 to ship it though, ouch!

30 dollars ouch? Man, try living in Canada or any international country, then you can say ouch. :rotfl

I can't feel sorry for Americans who pay under 40 US for shipping. Nope. Just can't do it.

yeah, u american basterds!...jks...............u know, we have to pay for shipping and the goddamn customs!?...chew on that!

Yes, and our shipping is much more expensive. Depending where you are.

Heck, I am not even 90 minutes from the American border and the bloody stuff costs so much to get to my doorstep. That's why I go through a guy locally. He saves me on the shipping and duty fees.

I am on the waitlist for this, but I can take it or leave it. There are so many regulars out there, it spoils the fun to own this piece.

Love the sculpt and execution of the piece, but I am sick and tired of spending big money on some pieces that have such a high ES, that it's next to impossible to ever see your money back if you wish to sell it down the road.

Don't get me wrong, I don't collect for resale purposes. But if I am in a pinch, or need money for a larger home, wedding, etc, I like to know I can atleast get what I paid for some of these pieces back.

You're a strong guy. Why don't you walk across the border and meet the mailman? :D
