I wouldn't worry too much, seems like the LSBs aren't very popular. The Colossus Ex has an ES of 175 and I believe that one is still in stock. Since it didn't have a NRD, I say there's a good chance of converting if you got on the waitlist pretty early.

The gambit was sold out the first day though.

You can attribute it sellout so fast due to it not having a NRD attached to the PO.

I would be shock to not see this LSB come back in stock at some point. Now if it stays out of stock. We might have something on our hands.

I know 3 people that ordered it that day all 3 are opening it this week. You might be right but I dont think so. I think it is gonna be sold out. obviously some wait list will convert though.

I love the older take on him. If anything I think gambit is far too often drawn with the look of a 12 year old than grown man. Marlbro man gambit is fine by me.

The only thing that is weird to me on this one is the pattern on the neck/upper chest. It looks so basic and im not sure ive seen it ever even drawn this way.

Well, all of the below are by different artists. This is representative of how he appears the most, so that's him. He's not a teen, but he's not a peer of Magneto either. This wrinkly "Old Man Remy" is not what Modern Gambit is drawn like. Maybe he de-aged? Comic characters tend to do that without reason.

You're right about the chest that it's weird, but it's been drawn so many different ways by so many different artists for over 20 years now I'm sure somebody has done it like that, even if only once.

And technically, for those that follow the comics, he must be younger than Cyclops since he was a 3rd Summers brother suspect.

Really like the nameplate. My only knock on it is they should had sculpted 4 ace cards instead of 3. It just looks kind of odd.

My waitlist is still active and you can still add your name to the waitlist on the website so fingers crossed . Also another member wad kind enough to offer me there's if they didn't like it once it had arrived .

Pics look good. Not regretting canceling though. He's nice but not a must buy at all for me. The PF is much cooler so that is enough for me.

Got mine yesterday, just opened. Already my favorite piece. Sideshow did a killer job on him. Box is kinda dinged up at the top and torn so I was worried about the condition of the piece but he's in pretty great condition. Do you think SS will send me a new box?

I get what you are saying but characters are re imagined all the time. Im with the chain smokin cajun. This is a more realistic take. Besides I think its just magnified since its a bust. If you look closely at the face of the PF he has plenty of "character" on the brow and around the eyes. I just looked at mine and its actually kinda similar.
