Yup, catching up is hard, but control is harder for me. Especially now that things are "slow" in the release department for me, I keep looking at the in stock items and the BP PF keeps tempting me. Must resist (or wait for a sale). I need to find another hobby.

the big issue with gambit was that some of the exclusives had broken cards. As always a few complained about googly eyes but it was hard to really notice with the red eyes. Nothing like the Rogue fiasco now.

My Gambit was flawless, though when I removed his staff the other day from his hand a small piece of painted chipped off the staff where his hand gripped it.

Will likely be selling off my Gambit now that Rogue came out like ass.

Spiderman was the last wide spread paint fiasco.

Catching up is hard. But for now after getting the Gambit, I have got the stuff I really want. Originally I am thinking abt Rogue PF Ex, now? I am OK with getting the Reg. Despite the 15 statues coming in this 2 quarters. I am trying to go custom, it is another place of treasures.

Yup, I have the same experience. Every month I allocate a certain percent on Statue, last month without really think through I Flexpay Hulkbuster and Lion-o. Now I realize I don't even want them

Get them on the market. It's very possible someone would want to 'help' you get rid of them

I'm right along with you. X-Men PFs and Avengers PFs is all I see me doing for now. Other than that I'll get Storm Shadow & Snake Eyes when they come up, maybe go back and get CC, and for DC BATMAN, Superman, Wonder Woman, Nightwing & Robin when they happen.

I started in February so I'm still catching up. Money is slower now and prices are rising so I don't even consider older Avengers. I do like my BP PF though, a must if you're an Avengers collector. Wait for a sale, I got a good price on mine. X-Men PFs are easier to complete right now.

Catching up is fun but brutal on the bank account. I'm really new to collecting and I feel like I want everything! This gambit PF is a new addition to my wants list.

I'd definitely get a Magneto PF, but I REALLY want a classic Mr. Sinister PF. Gambit & Cyclops both have extensive history with Sinister, so he'd go great with both. And for DC, it feels good that I have the chance to get the JLA as they role out, for retail price. Far too late for the Avengers, which is why I only have 2 of them so far.

Catching up is fun but brutal on the bank account. I'm really new to collecting and I feel like I want everything! This gambit PF is a new addition to my wants list.

That's the feeling I had. Exciting and frustrating at the same time. Over the months I chilled out and discovered what I truelly like, being X-Men & Avengers PFs, Zelda, and a few Bowens. I'm content looking at pics of other's collections for things I won't get (even if I had hundreds to blow, not sure if I'd buy a Cap PF), which is still fun.
