Ohio State was just overrated. They play in an easy conference, where they only play one or two tough games a year. The SEC is without question the best conference in football, and this game just exemplifies that. LSU was just stronger, faster, and executed better. I still think USC and Georgia were the two "best" teams in college football this year. The Big Ten, along with Oklahoma, is just overrated every single year, whereas, an SEC plays a tough schedule almost every week.

Ohio State was just overrated. They play in an easy conference, where they only play one or two tough games a year. The Big Ten, along with Oklahoma, is just overrated every single year, whereas, an SEC plays a tough schedule almost every week.

The Big Ten is not a easy conference, have they had a few bad years maybe but a bad conference hell no. Did Ohio State have a bad game yes, are they over-rated, no. Did they have to play an away bowl game YES. Oklahoma is not over-rated either. Did they have a bad showing in the bowl games last few years, yes. Last year they played a team they felt that shouldn't even be there and was not up to there ability and got caught of guard, then had were beaten by 2 consecutive trick plays. This year they didn't want to be in the fiesta bowl. Stop listening to the media and this SEC love fest. They are on a up swing right now. If the Big 10 is so bad how did the beat probably the third best team in the SEC. They don't play a tough schedule every week and if they do why are there so many blow outs every week in the SEC?

I understand that your from SEC land but guess what its not the best thing since sliced bread like may people seem to think.

Yes, the big ten is an easy conference. Who do they play? Pen State? Wis, Michigan?..... That's the depth of their conference. It's funny how many excuses people can make for this conference. What was the SEC record for bowls this year? 7-2...What was the Big Ten?....3-5. Blowouts in the SEC? Yeah, we beat up each other but even cupcakes like Vandy (who almost beat GA) would be top team in the Big Ten. Michigan played lights out with lots of emotion, and Florida wasn't ready for it. Florida takes that game 7 out of 10 times. Last year Ohio State got embarrassed by Florida and this year wasn't even close with LSU. Ohio State is 0-9 against the SEC in bowl games. Everyone knows the SEC is the toughest conference, including every sportswriter in the industry. Oklahoma got embarrassed last year by Boise State, who plays in the WAC, and this year by West Virginia. Lets not even count the embarrassment by USC in 2004. Yes, there are good teams in every conference and USC is a great football team. However, from top to bottom, the SEC is the best conference in college football.
