Is there a chance that these initial problems might be corrected by making changes to the manufacturing process, or are they all finished at this point? Since I have mine on Flexpay, I'm wondering if there is any advantage to getting one later on.

They were getting a second batch of Kenobi in June, so maybe the same thing with the gammy. I hope they fix this process, this line has huge potential.

My Gamorrean arrived yesterday, and I just got to open it. I'm happy to say that it has not breaks, blemishes, or paint issues. I love this thing.

It looks like the majority are getting good pieces. That's good news. I hope they have some left by the time I can get this.

So far, I got my usual hernia pulling the interior art box out of the brown shipper. The base was very tight inside the foam, but it's all good. Only the plastic wrapper took a beating, so who cares?

The base is wobbly, but nothing to be too concerned about.

I've got the raised (levitating) foot that others have mentioned. The unpegged foot is floating about one millimeter above the base. Still nothing to be too concerned about.

The body looks great to me. And I have the axe out too. It looks fine.

Yeah, my Base was hard to get out. That thing was stuck in there. It was also wobbly. I got #33.

Rad skull! :D Looks great

Didn't realize I would have to place the skull first, then axe, then body. Nobody warned me. Well, it's fixed now. The only thing I worry, is that there may inadvertently be too much pressure on the skull beneath the weight of the GG. Seems fine now, and the axe is somewhat positionable still, so it seems all good.

Ah damn, I knew things were going too well for me. My grinning portrait does not seat perfectly. Again, it's not too distracting, and if you didn't know what you were looking for, you probably wouldn't even notice it. But, damn, that is the way I wanted to display him 90% of the time, because it's so damn goofy.

That's probably going to make me lean toward displaying the more menacing portrait primarily.

But otherwise, home run Sideshow! :D

And pictures of mine...

So, dare I say I like the GG more than Ben? He seems more cohesive as a piece to me. I know many like the layered approach to Ben, but I think that same thing is achieved, albeit more subtly, in this piece. He's got scarring tattoos, the skull, bits and pieces everywhere, and really tells a story.

Doesn't take up as much real estate as Ben either. :D

Dare I say grail? I don't often use the word. But this one is pretty limited for a Star Wars piece, and many are having issues with theirs leading to even less in the wild eventually.

I'm really liking this line, and my decision to jump in with four orders. I also really hope they keep the ball rolling, and soon. New pieces need to be at least teased, and keep the momentum going.

That's all. Return to your regularly scheduled programming. ;)

It looks great and I really like your setup.

Thanks! The thing that sucks about my setup is that we are about to short sale the house. I have no idea where we are going to land, so I'll likely Craigslist all of my Bestas. And I've loved them for quite some time now.

Makes me a bit sad. :(

But I'm excited to be transforming into a new life at the same time. :D

Nice pics fury. He looks good next to Ben. I don't know if I would say grail, simply because of the character, but he is limited judging by how he turned out, more will want to add him to the collection.

Now get back to work on Artoo!

Yeah the axe going first threw me off as well.
