I'm also waiting for a reply from Sideshow QA on mine. The skull has the same broken tooth I've seen on several others.

I'm also waiting for news on mine. Mine came without the COA. Although I had damage on the skull I just want the COA. I'm sure if I tried to get the skull replaced they would just offer credit. SS is getting tough on replacements these days. Sucks. They charge so much and the QC is horrible. Almost impossible to get something mint these days.

That's the unfortunate truth about Sideshow these days.

Hope you can get your COA without much hassle.

Guys, as much as I love this statue, I’ve taken a stand against too many QC problems with my last four statues and sent it back today, after receiving my return label yesterday. When it showed up with all these issues, I just couldn’t see myself dicking around with SS anymore. I’m anticipating a full refund and I’m very happy about it!

For the price paid we should expect nothing but MINT!!!

SS has to remember these are complete luxury items only and its much easier to say no to something like this than spend hard earned cash on them IMO

I purchase things like this for the joy that comes from them but if all you get is headaches why bother????

SS should treat us the customer like GOLD!!!!

Agreed! In fact I said something very similar to this in one of my emails to them.

I'm losing faith in Sideshow here. This was the Mythos statue I was most interested in, but these don't seem worth $350+ after shipping. Not to mention the QC issues everyone is having. I really don't want to waste my time trying to exchange it for a good one that they should have sent me in the first place. Do they still put those useless yellow QC stickers on each package? We know that guy is about as reputable as Creed at quality assurance

I did not have a sticker on mine. I wish someone had checked it. Although I've had issues even when the sticker was there, but not like this.

me too waiting for my response! hope they will not let us down. I submitted two replacements requests one for Gammy (several defects on the body & almost broken skull base) & Obi (have a chip on his hair & the other head have a weak magnet).
yesterday received a reply from them regarding Obi which they will send my a new pair of heads (pretty happy). hopefully Gammy is mot far behind & the reason for the delay is that they r arranging the replacements for many collectors!

it took me 2 weeks of bugging sideshow every day until i finally received my replacement base for Obi. They first only wanted to offer me $30 to just live with it but that was not acceptable. I wanted to know if i could get a new base and if I couldn't then I wanted to return the statue and just order a new one. When I told them that, they made a decision quick. I think they were hoping that Obi would sell out and then say sorry we have no replacements.
