I thought the idea was the Deluxe sets would be for VIP orders and then there was going to be 20 fullsets up Sunday. Rainman should really be more clear about these things, its obviously confusing people.

And how certain sets are allocated prior to even general release, should be openly stated, so there is more of a known of how many quantities are really available...

Definitely don't need the DX set. The dancing Jesus would never be displayed so I'm deciding on the full or just the head and kit at this point.

8pm is the time...is that eastern time? 8pm pacific time? Could we be more specific, 'cause this confusing can 'cause a lot of people in not acquiring this figure, and the facts are, this should be clarified completely to ensure everyone has a fair shot at this.

Whenever the clock in the link he posted hits 8 on the 29th is when it'll be up. Can't be more clear than that.

I think it;s OK that I post the number here? Not sure if Rainman did earlier but I know waiting on these can be anxiety inducing.

Deluxe Sets :10 items

Regular Full sets: 30 items

Basically meaning for the full set of Alex you get a 1/40 chance. not to mention the outfit and head sets.

This is by far the highest number for Rainman... the deluxe set is a new thing and the usual full sets are limited to 10, basically meaning Alex is unique to another 30 full pieces.

Wait did the DX already go on sale?

Nothing different is going on this time than any other Rainman order with the exception of adding the DX set and holding a few back for the general public. There is a set number of total figures being offered. VIP's have the chance to secure before anyone else. When they say the VIP DX is sold out it just means the amount alloted for VIP's to secure has been filled. There will still be 3 remaining for the general public that Rainman set aside. Same thing with the full set except it appears 10 are left for the general public.

I understand the numbers now, the confusion seems to be over the date, and sets being sold on the 28th. Thats just incorrect from what I can tell.

I'm just gonna blind buy a clothing set. I was out before near a HMV but felt like crap so couldn't be bothered going in for a copy.
If I end up not wanting it which is unlikely I'm sure I could always sell this anyway.

Ok so it's 6 o clock for California. Rainman's clcok is 2 hours ahead of me right now. So I'm guessing 6 o clock here. Just so people know. Man I'm really tempted to get a fullset. But is it worth it? I have a TT ready to go, I don't think I'll ever display the jesus' and the knife. DF paint ups are fantastic. Hmmmm......thinking about it.

Heads will be sold separately. Paint and unpainted. Try clicking the "login" instead of pushing enter after your password. That sometimes works better.

Nah, nothing works. I know the id and password are correct... and I even got one email from the site a month or so ago. But that was it, have never been able to log on to the site
