I bought Rainman's Alex (my 10th Rainman figure to date) and think he's absolutely wonderful. However, something has bugged me ever since I received him. I would really like to have the dark paint removed from the eye itself and have the missing lash or two painted where they belong. I really don't want to have to send the entire figure back, but I am reluctant to remove the head and just send that back for paint "repair." Does anyone have any advice on what to do here? How can I communicate my concerns with Rainman without a translator (seeing as how SantaJack and Zuno are now out of the picture)?

Am I just being too picky, or does the price we pay for these warrant demand for perfection? Many thanks in advance for your input, guys!

I have the same problem with you bud.

Theres some pink paints on the white eye part on my Alex figure. Bothered me a while, and contacted Rainman and he said he'd be glad to fix it, but I will have to send the head to him.

I'm kinda busy at the moment, so not sure if I wanna spend the time dismantling the body to take the head, and ship it.

But if it really bothers you that much, email rainman, Im sure he'll help you out. Hes an awesome fellow :rock

i have a gangboy painted head and clothing set(comes with chest piece) in the for sale section... It is mint and just as i got it from rainman... Besides for the normal truetype body i added. So pm me if interested.
