I can't believe there's only ever been one high-end version of this great costume, the Medicom Spider-Man 2, which was good but not great - and besides, was some years ago and now VERY expensive. Of all Spider-Man outfits this is my favourite - the dark blue was really striking and the raised web design cries out for HT to work on it. Would you buy one if HT did it? I bet they'd sell as many as any figure with a film that was in the cinemas this year. It's the ******* Spider-Man!

Besides, 2 is one of the three best super-hero movies of all time (the other two being STM and TDK). It deserves some figures (we'd need a Doc Ock as well of course).

I haven't a clue what STM stands for either :dunno

But he did say it was one of the three best super hero movies of all time, and I know TDK aint a cassette tape. It's 'The Dark Knight'. That leaves Ironman. It's a matter of deduction Dear El Watsoranous.

I am just not up to date with my nerd-jive anymore. With all the acronyms and abbreviations flying around here I may just write a freakin book soon! :lol

...and I StC. :monkey3

Sorry for the interruption Capt B. Back to the topic. I have a medicom Spidey 2 and am happy with it, even the size. Hot Toys would give it a good reefing, no worries about that.

:lol:rotfl:rotfl

Oh Superman. I was thrown off by the "the movie" part. Then again, if you had just said S I would have been stumped as well. For some reason I don't really consider Superman a great movie. Just me though. :lol

By the way...

I am lost on that one too. :lol

I think HT could do a great job on a SM2 figure. As long as SC could import it. I might slap down my AMEX or VC for it. You never know. :)

You need to copy the smiley too... that would be more effective and annoying. You're slacking tonight. :lol

I was trying to be a good boy. :monkey3

Yep I was stumped too. So Captain Britain was the one that really derailed the thread from the get go.

With Spiderman being a youth, I think The hot Toys tru type would make Spidey look too manly and big.

Holy Fu ck. I mean, HF. I think I'll change the title of this thread to GITM4AGSM2F. The funny thing is, I generally hate acronyms. I wrote STM in a moment of madness 'cause I remembered seeing it in the HT Superman thread.

Do Hot Toys only do two bodies, tru type and muscle? They could create a thin body just by taking a female body and replacing the breasts with a flat chest.
