Well, when you get 20 kills a match it's always fun. We all face the glitches, but if they went against you 90% of the time instead of for you 90% then you would probably get just as frustrated.

It's not your fault that your connection owns all, but yours and a few others do. I mean seriously dude when I walk up right behind you and rev my chainsaw in your back to then just have you turn around see me and run away almost every time is just ridiculous after after a while.

Anders has an insane connection too. At one point last night Conger and I put about 10 shotgun shots into him from close range and he took off running. Kept shooting him while he ran and he got away clean. I chased him and shottied him again from 3 feet away and he walked right through it to chainsaw me.

Yes, the point of the game is to have fun and when your connection owns mine no matter what I am sure it is. when you're on the other side then it's VERY frustrating. This game is 10 times more unpredictable than Gears 1 IMO.

For the hell of it I am going to move my modem out of my office area to the basement and hardwire directly from that to the 360 and see if taking my router out of the loop helps me stop glitching so much. I am still only on a 3 meg connection, but it's worth a try to see if it helps.

Yup I had a blast playing last night and I'm looking forward to doing it all over again tonight.

I hope so. Last night for me was pretty much unplayable. I'd have moments where things were smooth and I played well, but most of the night I was bouncing all over and shooting marshmallows. It was hopeless.

I hate to complain ( shut up, I really do ), but it gets SO frustrating that I can't do anything that it just comes out. I never blame the other team players because it's not their fault at all, but it gets to a point where I may as well just stand there and let them kill me because I can't do ANYTHING.

Yeah I had enough for one night. I still had fun but like you say. Nothing is more frustrating than getting the drop on someone and shooting first or having your chainsaw out only to have them prop their feet up and fix a drink and then shoot you in the face.

No, I don't.

I agree though. I'd love to film it. I don't ^^^^^ just because I get killed. I mean seriously, it's beyond ridiculous. I'll never understand why 4 to 5 of my shottie shots have zero effect, but 1 or 2 of Fingaz, ill's or Kain = instant death.

I also had several torque bow shots last night at targets that were standing still and I KNOW I put arrows exactly into them only to have the arrow go through them and stick the wall. I honestly think I am seeing things a second or two late.


I know it happens to everyone at times, but I think of myself as a decent player, but when I have 2 good matches all night and the rest of the time it's 1-2 kills and 7-9 deaths EVERY match you know something just isn't right.

Maybe my connection is screwed or something. It was always pretty good, but something is going on the last couple of weeks where I can't even buy a kill.

I have a 5 meg connection and still get the same problems you do Kit. It is rather unpredictable. Doesn't happen for me all the time, but when it does it is annoying. I mean I know I'm not the best player, but there definitely are times when I had the upper hand in a situation and nothing happened.
I go through a router too.....maybe I'll connect directly to my console as well and see if the problem stops.
