I'M GETTING A HOUSE!!!! Unless something goes wrong with the inspection - which I don't think it should, the closing date is set at March 12. I got a crap load to do until then...so no time for gaming....well maybe a little...but it will probably be around 1am.

Why is meeting women the standard "rip" on me these days? Just wondering. Yeah I have not been in a relationship since I kicked my ex out of the house, but I am just wondering how the whole women thing got to be the "joke" on me these days.

And thanks everyone for the well wishes.

It's crazy.....scary and exciting. My collectible buying days will be over for probably quite some time. Gotta buy stuff for the house instead! I go through periods of shear excitement to pure panic.

Anyway here's a link to some pics of the house I'm getting. It really is the nicest one I saw (out of around 50) that was in my price range and in a decent neighborhood. This house is less than a mile from where I live now - which will make the move a bit easier plus I really like the area of Seattle that I'm in right now. The house also has a nice sized yard in back with a deck and good privacy. Only thing I'm changing, is repainting the master bedroom from blue to probably an olive green.
