you guys make things so complicated...way more than females!

This is how I would have done it:
A pile of names of people with kick ass skills
A pile of names of people with experience and skills
A pile of those who are just starting out...learning their techniques

Then I would pick names from each pile for each team. Teams would be random...rather fair and it would have been done like yesterday.

But obviously no one asked a female how to do it....so I guess we will continue waiting.....and waiting.....
