Well, here is what I was thinking about the teams...
Each team of 4 will have a Captain. That Captain will represent each team in a draft. Each one will pick one player, and then the next captain chooses.

I am worried if we go with random teams, there is chance that one team might not have a power player.

With the current lineup, here are the team captains I propose...I wanted to make sure each team has at least one veteran.

Bagels
Conger
Karma

If this idea is crap, don't hesitate to say so (har, like that would ever happen).

The only issue I could see is someone getting their feelings hurt if they are chosen last...but I would also think that would be understandable since there are some that just started playing this with us.

Also, if any of the people above don't want to be their team's captain, please say so.
