Ordered, looked to good to pass on. And it's still small enough not to take up a lot of space. Hope the detail comes out well.

This will at least make up for the Uruk-hai LSB I passed on way back when.

With the Weta Azog stuff this almost it redundant (at least for me).
Still looks good though and I do have it on order.
Any indicators on Weta or GG release dates?

I just love the design that I want a couple of pieces. This and the Goblin King are the two best pieces so far.

I think Azog from gg is a q4 or q1 next year. No word on weta.

I think this is a nice alternative for those who will be scared off by the serious Weta price tags.

As Weta is offering no Hobbit busts (yet), these two lines complement each other rather nicely.

Azog preorder information will be at the next weekly WETA newsletter. Tauriel (I don't know if order or preorder, in october). I don't know anything about the rest.
That information has been given directly from Timm (WETA) on the Shadow and Flame forums.

Thanks Josh for the pics. Very nice GG busts. Did the paint app on these turn out close to the SDCC prototypes? Are they solid polystones?

No problem. I think they came out exactly like the protos. IMO they're two of GG best busts ever.

Goblin king arrived friday,should Azog be there aswell?
GG sent out a mail that both are shipped.

If they shipped at the same time they should have arrived at the same time. That is unless whoever you had it shipped by delivered one to the right and one to the wrong address.

Is he larger than the average GG bust, say SW or Marvel?

I sent GG a mail about it.
Because they didn't provide a track code,only let know it was shipped.
I did seperate checkouts on GG website then.
Because they don't do combined shippin.
They both have priority mail internatioinal.
Monday's there's no delivery here from postman.
Because I had to pay duty/fine/tax on Goblin King,I expect the Azog is in process to.
Maybe there's the delay.
I give it a couple days. But at least I know it's been releashed from GG.

The Goblin King is massive for a bust. I think he's bigger than any GG bust I've owned and Azog is bigger than most for sure.

GG looked for me monday and found out it past customs.
Today I received it.
Now gonna unpack it.

Just got e-mail from BBTS that Goblin King with Scribe and Azog busts have arrived at their warehouse and are awaiting shipping! Can't wait to receive them both. It would be nice to put GG Azog bust beside Weta Azog statue - I'm imagining it will look good on display!
