Oh yes. The last 40 minutes is one of the most impressive things i've ever seen.

A bit too long in places, could use some editing, but hey. It's still great. Couldn't care less about the rest of the movie. It's all about that last 40 minutes.

They should just show random action scenes with no dialogue and ship it to theaters for you . No attempt to tell a plot or anything. Just random robots blowing each other up without explain wtf is going on

This is actually what I'm always saying. I hate sitting through the dumb ____ in those movies, and if the people making them aren't going to put any real effort into them..then just take out the crap, and fill it with action scenes.
I'd like a real movie, story, characters, etc..but they aren't capable of doing that apparently, so why not just take all the annoying bull____ out and make them fight the whole time? What is the bull____ adding to the films?

I think people worry too much with what other people think. I thought the first Ghost Rider was decent. Haven't seen this one yet. If you liked the movie then it accomplished what it set out to do. Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

There was definitely way too much hype over it, that's for sure. By the way, it was just another Dances With Wolves/Last Samurai etc.
But can you believe that guy (celticpredator) liked Transformers 3????? Oh, excuse me....40 minutes of it!

I just hate the last 40-30 minutes of Avatar, its like they were trying SO hard for you to sympathize with the Na'vi, so hard, the bad guys were extremely cliche, it just pissed me off, I liked avatar a little but its so extremely cheesy I can't fully enjoy it,

for being a 3D movie with amazing sets and creature, Cameron sure made very 1 dimensional characters

Well there you go. If you knew about the characters you would hate this movie aswell . I like it cuz it wasmfun but if you knew transformers then you would know it ____s all over what makes them cool.

Ok time for you guys to get back on topic and quit with the back and forth _____ing.

Now to get this thread back on topic I'll give a few of my thoughts on this movie.

First off the story was awful. It was like one big chase scene after the other with a little dialog sprinkled here and there and would have made for a decent Ghost Rider comic book back in the day but not for a movie. I loved having Blackout as a villain but would have liked the fight scene to last a little bit longer

. And who the hell is Fargo or whatever the hell his name was give me Mephisto not some wannabe.

I did like the look of GR's bike it really reminded me of the one Blaze rode in the comics I had when I was kid. I didn't like the burnt skull look too much and wasn't a fan of his melted leathers either. I really did like the way they portrayed GR in the fight scenes with the way he moved and how he just gave off a creepy vibe when he is first seen in the movie by swaying back and forth.

I guess if you are a fan of GR and you just have to see him on the big screen then check it out during a cheap matinée and if you are not a fan stay away from it because you will be greatly disappointed.
