At this point I won't be surprised if Rex/Doctor guy starts flapping his arms because he sees an angel.

Yeah I basically did a wtf when I read that they made Scarlett canadian. I'm wondering how they're going to explain her name now. As for Snake Eyes he is believed to have been born to american parents in Japan and is an orphan. he then joins the Arashikage after he is found stealing from its kitchen as a child. So lame.

Good lord.

BTW, these new posters are also major suckage:

God damn, does Snake Eyes even HOLD a gun in this POS (much less shoot one)??? Even freakin' Storm Shadow has a retarded firearm!

^^^^ THIS MOVIE. I wish it wouldn't make a damn cent. It deserves a fate worse than GIGLI.

I doubt it. There's that scene in the early teasers of Snake Eyes jump out of the airplane at night and he's unsheathing his sword in mid-air. In the comics (Marvel anyway) the sword on his back was pretty much window dressing. He always defaulted to just gunning people down with his Uzi. It looks like they're trying to make him a Jedi in the movie.

Don't forget the standard ninja issue nano-mite bazooka. :lol

I saw a trailer last night that started with The Doctor wandering into the room... Has that been shown here yet? It was the first time I saw it.

By the way, I refuse to read that spoiler-- It'll totally ruin the movie for me.

:rolleyes::monkey1

The 1:6 figures started hitting, I saw Target's huge display that took up two endcaps and almost a full aisle. The Ripcord looks decent...well at least like Marlon Wayans but the Cobra Commander is absolutely horrid....

Did Hama just sit at the table and count his money?

This movie is taking a huge dump on the chest of real JOE ARAH fans... and goofs like the guys running HISStank.com are smiling with glee while a Cleveland Steamer is about to drop right on their faces. Nice.

Seriously, I don't get it. :huh

They probably dig on German porn too. :yuck

I miss the painted artistic movie poster days, this photoshop stuff got old a long time ago.

i agree 100%. Its sickening that even Star Wars stooped to photo cropping for their dvd covers. I hate those pictures where they cut out heads and post them all around the poster. Lame.

My first thought was "How does crap like this get made" and then I remembered someone gave the greenlight to "Death Bed: The Bed That Eats People".

That's what it's looking like. And I don't see how the people at hisstank think these new character files are good. They're eating it up over there.

They are embarrassing themselves (and JOE fans on the whole) over there.

It reminds me of some of the SW sites during the prequels, fawning over everything. Objectivity takes a back seat to fanboyism far too often.

At least the prequels, love 'em or hate 'em, were still Star Wars. :huh

Steve Sommers discusses the GI Joe movie:

"We were making a movie about a comic series that went 170 issues without anyone ever dying."

Wow. :banghead
