the pose looks odd. they should have done him in a lunging type pose. i think sony or someone did a really awesome piece for promo some where. i can't remember where i saw it but he looks like he's getting ready to open up a can of whoopass. not crazy about this pose though

its weird how they can get his complicated face sculpt perfect but the jack sparrow is still off.

Yeah, I'm hoping that's what it is. The really need to put better pictures out and perhaps the preorders. They should really try to cash in on the franchise while it's making big waves now.

I am not a fan os the pose either really, but what can you do. it's Sony's call.
And to you "not in the newseletter people".........ugh, the statue is not approved. We have up to another 2 weeks to a month or so.

If we had something like this, that would have been cool. Unfortunately, only 100 of these statues were ever commissioned, and they were made especially for the God of War team.

guys...sideshow are doing dioramas as well
ps. this maquette is 1/5 scale so presuming kratos is 6ft then the statue will be 14" then add 2" for base
roughly 16" tall piece

Yea that sounds around the right size for Kratos, and those dimensions seem decent enough, just want SS too officially Preview it in the NL

I went back and saw the screen capture but I haven't been really keeping up in here.
So this is going to be a Maquette instead of a PF or a Maquette along with the PF? I think it looks great so far and I'm really thinking about picking it up for a friend of mine who's a huge GOW fan. So since the Maquette would probably be cheaper, I'd more than likely go with that one.
