Boba, can you identify and maybe snap some shots of the two Godzilla's I highlighted here.

BB.jpg

One is an 8" scale Godzilla by Bandai. I believe it was from '92 or '93. I think they released the same sculpt both years and I don't have his tag to tell the difference.

The other one is about 9" tall and produced by CCP. He was very difficult to obtain, but I do like him quite a bit. I believe he is their version of '95 Godzilla released in traditional colors. He was also released in red, semi-transparent plastic. The burning figure has led lights that activate when you smack him to simulate his meltdown.

CCP has some pretty cool light up functions on their figures. Their Hedorah's eyes light up and there are tiny pictures of Godzilla in his eyeballs to simulate Godzilla's image reflecting in Hedorah's eyes.

Maul where did you get the first godzilla at the top from ?

eBay, it's the Bandai Yuji Sakai Concept Works First Appearance Diorama.

Thanks for the info, that CCP is really cool, I have a 6" version of that Bandai, didn't know they had done an 8" version.

X-Plus' older Godzilla stuff is pretty so-so, the 12" '54 Statue I have was the best I had until I found Sakai, but I always knew it was flawed and wished for better. That statue looks on par with their 6" figure, and it's one thing to be that quality on a little figure, it's another for a large, pricey statue.

This guy was always my favorite as a kid. Just sharing a pic. This is probably the best figure I've seen of this guy. (If there is better someone please direct me in the right direction)

Hedorah: The Smog Monster

I really like my Hedorah by CCP. He's just under 10" tall and when you smack him, his eyes light up and he has images of Godzilla in his eyes to replicate Godzilla's reflection.

I just saw these for sale at a local show and was wondering if anybody had any info on these. Both of these are pretty big. The first is this Godzilla head. The second is this BIG Godzilla statue. Love it cause they couldn't even attach the whole tail it's that big!!!! Any help on prices would really help. Sorry for the crappy pics.

I believe that head is from the DVD box set in Japan, pretty expensive set and the head will be pricey too.

Large scale Godzilla stuff is pretty rare, you're going to pay a price. I'd probably pay that much for the head, it's rare, and large, almost liek a 1:1 bust which run around $500.

The other one is Super Premium Godzilla by Bandai from the early 90s. He's Bandai's largest vinyl Godzilla figure and one of my favorites. They fetch a pretty penny, but are very cool.

I'd really like one of those heads but I cringe at the price they're probably asking for it.

Sideshow really needs to pursue Godzilla, a '54 bust by them in the same size roughly of their 1:1 busts would be so awesome, or an '84 :drool, they could do so much with it.

I'd love a Sideshow Godzilla maquette. Probably either from '54 or '90s as I think those are the most definitive looks. I'm also hoping the design for the new film is awesome and Sideshow makes a maquette based off of it.

I am in ever so much agreement.
