Oh ok, so Bandai is not the same company as X-plus.

I thought X-plus was a product line by Bandai.

Guess not. :lol

I believe it is. I just say x plus to be specific. I treat it like its completely separate

I avoid saying Bandai all together. If I mean x-plus I say x-plus and if I mean monsterarts I usually say SHMA lol

The post above is referring to Bandai USA's super deformed Tokyo vinyl line that was cancelled after just two figures.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! :gah:

..that means they did not release Ghidorah -

Yeah.....then it gets worse when you try to ebay the japanese bandai vinyl rather than the cheap ugly ones that are in toys r us

I'm gutted.. the '54 is a bit fugly tbh, but that Ghidorah is awesomeness on a stick!.. I have a weak spot for the Super Deformed style.

I actually do like them. I almost got Godzilla 2000 for 3 bucks on clearance..but I got enough on my shelves and honestly between the SHMA/Revoltech stuff and now the X-Plus stuff, I'm fine with my Godzilla collection.

Speaking of, I can't believe how expensive the SHMA figures are getting. Godzilla 2000 is like $125 on Amazon. I just scored Revoltech Rodan and Baragon for like $30 and $25 respectably.

131.00 actually. :lol

I finally got around to watching SHMA YT reviews of the G2000 and Kiryu, and holy crap I can totally see why the dedication to that line of products.

Just wow, my jaw dropped for both of them.

The small scale was not a distraction whatsoever, if anything I preferred the SHMA G2000 over the 12" vinyl from some other company.

The smaller scale just makes it seem so easy to find shelf space for them.

Ok, I seriously need to get that G2000 and Kiryu plus the G2014.

Just wow.

Those are some of the best ones. Gigan is getting great reviews too. I've been reluctant to dive in because the monsters are so big and it gets very expensive but I admire them from afar. If the final version if 2014 is as good as I expect thats a purchase right there.

But I had to get '64 (seams and all). I think im more interested in getting the Showa era monsters and then just collecting different Godzilla's.

Is the NECA 6" G is way small compared to the Pac Rim toys?
It's just a bit shorter then the first version Neca Knifehead. In comparison to the newer released/larger Kaijus it is WAY smaller. For some reason though it looks like it will be much larger when it is in the packaging. But once removed and put together it's surprisingly small.

That's what I figured. Thanks for the info!
Well at least the 12" tall NECA G will tower over the Pacific Rim beasts. :D
