I'd love the burning G if they look artistic liberty and painted all his spines glowing, I know the suit wasn't that way but on some toys, the non burning spines just look so bright white, they stand out too much and look weird for me.

Yup im not a fan of that either. Looks too fake. Id love a more affordable stylistic line where they released figures based on popular kits or maquettes rather than suits. Or a series of popular artists giving their rendition of Godzilla and his foes.

It's a shame the model kit and vinyl companies don't do as much as they used to, companies like Volks, Kaiyodo and such did some amazing pieces. I hated selling me 12" Burning G from Marmit but I was strapped for cash and I knew it'd bring in money.

Love the pictures guys. I still need that G2000 but it's sold out. :( Great new score on Burning Godzilla Spawn! I have him too and he's my favorite. Just love the way he looks.:clap

His face, burn in sections and spines are my favorite parts. Love his interchangeable hands too! Thanks bud.

Pretty sweet indeed! I need to get more of the Monster Art figures. I've been lazy on getting more but that just makes me miss out on a bunch in the end which I need a slap for. :slap

i find it puzzling there is little to no talk about X-Plus's Gigantic 1995 Burning Godzilla that is coming out in a couple months. Is it the price?

for me, this is the ultimate Godzilla figure/statue.

I would love to own that X-Plus Gigantic Burning Godzilla. It's truly amazing but for me with the little space I have I might as well stick to the smaller Godzilla figures. S.H Monster Art figures are perfect to me.

If you like the sculpt then its very much a great item. I dont like the pose or the look of it enough for all the space it'll take. Same with gmk. I felt both could look better with the artistic liberties they took.

i think it's the single most impressive Godzilla piece i've seen to date. The GMK is also impressive but honestly i can't stand that film. i like certain elements of it but it's just off the deep end.

Trying not to think about it. Have him on pre-order and can't wait!!!! He looks amazing.

Gigantic GMK is cool....but I'm not as crazy about that one. I mean if I could find it for 5ish I'd plunk down but LOL at paying anywhere close to 1000.

Since I can only find space for one Gigantic Godzilla, I'm going to stick with hunting for a Gigantic GMK 2001 at a sensible price (which could take quite a long time).. even though the X-Plus 95 Burning Godzilla is 'bigger', I prefer the look of the 2001.

Since people are willing to pay over $800 for the Gigantic 2001, I doubt its the price of the 1995 that is an issue.. indeed I expect that price to go up to the GMK 2001 level, as soon as the 1995 BG is sold out at retail.. if anyone really wants the 95, I think buying it now would probably be a good idea. It seems lots of people (myself included) waited too long, looking for cheap Gigantic 2001s, that didn't involve ordering from Japan.. and a similar situation appears to be happening with the Burning Godzilla.

If they do a Gigantic '84 using the Kaibutsuya sculpt as they have for GMK and '95, then I'll be talking plenty, but between size, stylistic choices and price, I have no interest in either of them so I have little to say on the matter.
