My NECA 12" the center dorsal fins are bent and the outer ones are bent in. Anyone else's like that?

12" tall or Head to Tail? The 12" tall one seems to be arriving bent for everyone getting it and they have to heat and bend it back. The smaller one, some do some don't, mine came fine thankfully.

Yeah, that should soften them enough to reshape them.
