If JAKKS' spines were the right size, I'd have been all over it cuz that's the only negative I feel about it, but it's a big one and right now I don't have the time or money to fix it myself. If NECA does an 18" that'll be very hard to resist.

Im going to have some real rearranging to do once '62's chubby ass arrives

Cool line up! Especially that 75 Ric!

Thanks! I really like how he looks. I didn't realize how badly I needed a '70's Godzilla in my collection. Something about that design is just beautiful.

On my night stand. :yess:

Yup, this figure hands down looks the best to me from the front with the mouth closed--to me anyway. Good posing.

Yeah, definately mouth closed > mouth open.

Although slightly open also works for some poses.

He is lots of fun in hand though which makes up for some of plastic-ness.

I wish his neck big joint slid around more.

Hows the gap on his lower back-tail section? I know the smaller guy had it cause of the joint seam and I thought on double the scale the gap may look a tad too distracting

The sound button got stuck half way down, the plastic square just got stuck, nothing bad, all I had to do was jiggle it to get it loose again, still working fine.

But when the button was stuck, so did his roar, in a sound loop repeating itself half way thru the roar.

It was pretty funny to hear it.

Which means that once the sound is activated, it doesn't automatically go on its own, it can be interrupted.

You can stop and restart the roar by pressing the button as fast as you can, and it actually keeps up.

It sounded like a DJ was scratching a Godzilla album back and forth. :lol
