I've always loved that little drawing..the head looks awesome and I like those spines better they look more identifiable.

Even Sakai's maquette looks organic like that art in the spines, one thing I don't like about the suit spines is they look like crystals growing out of his back.

Wow I forgot how strange they looked but yeah I knew I never liked it as much in the film

My big issue with the Millennium series suits is how the spines just didn't feel organic anymore, they seem decorative. Sakai's maquette with the dark spines and not the purple actually comes off like a natural design, at least more so, but the translation to suit lost that.

Hey guys, just a heads up that I am going to be posting some X-Plus 30 cm Godzilla figures up for sale in my sales thread soon. GMK and the 2003 Godzilla is 2 for example. If you are looking for any of them in particular, shoot me a PM. Otherwise, I will have them itemized out in my sales thread soon.

Not to piggy off of that too much but I am selling my articulated godzilla series as I am strictly sticking to x-plus

64 has been sold already but if anyone has any interest in the others let me know. They are all in excellent shape but x-plus takes up all my space...they deserve better.
