Mark I arrived today in excellent condition - even the wafer seals were in place on the box! Hastings came through for me again (5th time.) I'll be posting some photos in the IM thread later.

I just wish there were 30 - 45 minutes of Mark I action in the movie. I know the teenyboppers would have been squirming for the red and gold IM to appear, but MARK I is BADA$$!!!

Right now the cheapest one on ebay is $220 with shipping - whatta deal we got.

gohastings came thru on my ht hellboy. the box was BEAT UP, but had never been opened. both top & bottom sticker tabs were present. all contents are accounted for.

I haven't gotten mine yet either.
I ordered Hellboy and the Mark I and have not received either or herd anything about them. I emailed them yesterday but have not herd back yet. I may try calling tomorrow. The money seems to be missing from my credit card so if they charged me they better show up soon. However I choose the cheapest shipping method which means it will be parcel post.

What does the status say in your account?

I hear ya OSCORP. I was tossing and turning on whether or not to order the M2...but chose the Hellboy (could only budget 1 that week). I'm still thinking about the M2 that I passed up. That was a great price.

so does Hastings get the "irregular", damaged packaging stuff that other places can't sell? everything i've ever gotten, or read about others getting, have had the boxes damaged. and it comes that way from them, not just damaged in transit. i've gotten stuff in pristine shipping boxes w/ trashed retail packaging. i'm just curious. would explain their low pricing sometimes.

They get them from stock on hand. Could be there back store rooms or off the retail floor shelves where they were handled by customers.

And the cheap prices they are selling them for, the condition of the figure/item is what matters most. I would not expect a mint package.

Of the 5 items I've gotten from them, three were in moderate to heavily worn packaging (SS Luke, Han, Leia,) and the other two were in excellent condition (PF Indy, MK I.) The PF was poorly packed for shipping but arrived in (amazingly) perfect shape. It's such a roll of the dice with these guys, and if I keep ordering from them I know that one day I'll end up getting the shaft.

At this point I've spent just over $400 at gohastings and have received over $600 in product. That's worth rolling the dice for.

I finally got a e-mail that my Hellboy order has been canceled since they are out of stock. I ordered a week and a half ago or so.

ProgMatinee, for the most part, that's true. However, when I couldn't get the chest to light up (corroded battery,) I called Hastings looking for an exchange. They told me that since they were a "call center" and had no ability to make an exchange on this item, I could send the item back, get a refund and then reorder. Since the item has gone up to $160, that's a little "shaft-like" for my taste. Thank God new batteries solved the problem.

Ki Adi is at $34.99 now... thats a good deal..
