I ordered & paid for a DC Direct 1/6 Watchmen Rorschach & what I received was a DC Direct 7" Watchmen Rorschach figure.

Their customer service is rigid & not helpful. In the end, I have to go through Amazon to get my full refund.

So you paid around $40-$60 (?) for a 7" DCD figure.


Oh man, don't mean to laugh at your expense, but that is funny. What are they smoking at hastings? Either really good deals, or really bad deals.

With the new IM stuff coming I'm pissed I didn't have them try again with my order when they sent me a MK I helmet instead of a Hot Toys fig. But jeez I was sick of this crap....come on people it's not that hard to match SKU's up and send the right product! Now every time I look on Ebay for a MK I I just get more and more irritated that it didn't work out.

They didn't work out for my last hellboy order, but came through liek a champ on a previous Wolf Predator (V1) and Predator I order, so I'm not complaining.

Ok Chigger58, you got your wish. I just called Hastings to check on my order and I was told the store that was holding the Maricko had sold it and they did not have anymore in the system to replace it. So no great price on a Hot Toys figure this time, atleast it wasn't a Barbie keychain.

I'm in the same boat. They used to have $6 shipping and no tax. Now, it's $11 to ship and $15 tax on top of the final cost. I want a Wolverine, but that extra few bucks pushes him over to "not quite worth the cost" territory for me. Particularly since ordering from Hastings is a crap-shoot in terms of whether you will get what you order at all, and if you do, what condition you will get it in. I think their discounted prices are actually fair because of this.
