No, I order him this morning when he was listed as IN STOCK. Lord knows what will happen now though. I looked on my order page a little while ago, and it says the order is being processed, etc. but under the item listing it reads "sold out" (but it's just the thumbnail link/image, so it's just reading what the site has listed now). They had it in stock when I ordered it, so I'll just have to wait and see.

No but I found out what happened with the comiquette. The guy took it to the post office and dropped it off on a counter and I guess his postage wasn't paid correctly. He then immediately went on vacation and when he got back and checked with the post office it was still sitting there.

He's offering me a full refund or to ship it out tomorrow or Monday.

I'm glad to hear this has been figured out as I didn't want you to lose your money or the chance to have such an awesome comiquette. This is very good news.

Got mine in the mail today. Arrived in a good box and well packed. I don't believe it was displayed because of the plastic wrap was still there. Either that or some obsessive person repacked it(doubt it). Like some others have said it had dings in the box from the security wire. Everything thing is great.

And I paid $126 shipped. BOOM!!

I had to pay sales tax.

Thanks man. Yesterday I got a tracking number from him and he officially told me it went out Priority so only a couple days and it will be here.

I tried to remain calm about the whole thing. Overall the guy was very cool about it and wasn't trying to be a douche or anything. Just ran into some bad luck/timing so all is forgiven as long as the piece is perfect.

Hard to stay calm though...so many d-bags out there on Ebay and this guy had like a 3 feedback rating. One of those deals where the price probably didn't go up because some people didn't want to take a chance on him. I did....now it needs to pay off!

Just got my Squad Leader. Worst packaging I've gotten from them; no packing whatsoever. Luckily, the outer box was large enough that it took most of the impact that USPS puts their packages through. The inner box had shelfwear and the store sticker ($104.99).

Got my Batman today!
The box is almost mint and the figure is perfect.
Now I am just waiting on a Sandtrooper that I ordered.

Also in case anyone doesn't know with shipping if you selected Expedited it ships Priority but if you selected standard they use parcel post.

Also saw that someone else posted that their Batman came with a damaged box and they called them and got a $19 refund. Hopefully they will give me something just as good since my John Connor came without the cardboard sleeve.

Got the Squad Leader today. It was in a shipper that was 2 1/2 times the size of the box and was stuffed full of paper. The box itself was in primo condition and this figure is awesome! Mine shipped from Amarillo. I'm hoping the other Sandie arrives in the same condition!

Well, Whitey Pauldron Sandie came in yesterday and the box itself was wrapped up like a Christmas present. It had minimal dents on it and was pulled from a store shelf. It had the skidding scuff marks on the bottom of the box. The figure is tip-top with all accessories intact. Your mileage may vary from Hastings, but so far so good for me. This is my 5th figure that I have ordered from them and for the price I'll keep ordering.

These 2 SS Sandies are making my two old Medicom Sandies look small and weak by comparison!

i just got my first SSC sandtrooper and initially I was worried that something happened at Hastings because he was missing the shoulder pauldron, but then I realized it was packed in with the stand. LOL.

Don't know how you had it sent to you, but it sort of makes sense when they ship it through USPS not to give you a tracking number. USPS's tracking system can't track anything

Just went the cheap-o rate to save on money. Sure USPS tracking sucks, but its better than nothing and I usually at least know when it arrives.

Not in my experience, no.
