The only problem I've ever had is them sending the wrong figure once. Other than that no other problems to speak of in the numerous orders I've placed.

Their service is reliable, their site is not, be aware that you could place an order for something and have it be cancelled by them because they don't have inventory at the time.

This was my experience.

If you are buying for yourself take the gamble.

If you are buying for a gift, I would not depend on the reliability.
