Yeah it is false advertising, but their customer service is actually really good and they will send you a paid postage RMA just like Amazon does if its their screwup. They are certainly not perfect and I have gotten boxes that look like they went through Stephen King's Mangler, but I sure am happy to have them around - I have gotten some ridiculous deals through them.
