I had been TRYING that customer service number, it was busy for at least 15-20 minutes. So I was hitting "Redial" on my phone and trying the SS website at the same time. Phone in my left hand, typing with my right. I was a busy girl!

One (or maybe two, I'm not 100% sure) of the servers' fans actually exploded. No, I'm not kidding. (We're trying to get a photo of it from our techs to show the evidence!) That's why it's taking so long...
