Did Optimus ever say where he got his lighting, I spent a whole day looking on the internet looking for kits like those?

Yes, the light are allso from IKEA; TRETTIOEN, but not for sale anymore. They were replaced by these:

yeah, ikea has them lights.
they also have alot of different and unique lighting alternatives, both led and low voltage halogen. though i would tend to stick with led, since them halogen still get really hot for low voltage.
also, if you want to get really creative, with leds you can install inline dimmers and control each lights brightness, to get different lighting moods.
that's if you what to get romantic with your babies

as for checking on line for these lights, you may have to actually check in store for them. i know i've been in both calgary and edmonton stores, which are only a few hours apart and, they both have somewhat different lighting to choose from.

My ikea does not carry the Besta shown in the pics. They do not have clear glass door
either.
