This films is more like Jumanji, imo. It's about this writer named, R. L. Stine, who creates all these stories and monsters and he keeps them locked up in his books (the Goosebumps books) , but they escape and they have to get them back to where they belong before it's too late.

My kids are really into the books right now and really want to see this. I just know I'll get stuck having to take them.

I remember reading these when I was a kid. I know there were many books written, but I think i may have read only 10 or so.
