Gothitropolis "Raven" figure by The Four Horsemen

Yeah, I was in the same boat as far as them shipping to my old address. Thankfully my mail forwarding was still on. I don't totally understand how that happened, as I updated BackerKit in February. But, from the sound of things I'd expect that the bulk of the orders got sent to whatever address you put in when the surveys first went out.

Glad it worked out for both of you but I had to pay for shipping again. I still had my mail forwarding going but I assume since it was shipped Fedex, that it didn't really matter. I e-mailed them again but have not gotten a response. I assume they were closed Friday for the holiday. Not sure what they will do, if anything. I doubt they will refund me the shipping. A response at least would be nice.

overall the figures are great but for the cost im disappointed with the paint jobs and scale of figs compared to the other figs they've released. compared to other companies the paint job is superb but if you compare it to the standard that four horsemen have set they lack a bit and again considering that each fig is almost 40 a pop. my fav is the rooster and vulture.

Are you talking about the green one? It's actually supposed to be a Quetzalcoatl.

Update on the international shipping:

We just replied to an international Kickstarter backer who was justifiably upset, and we wanted to post a slightly edited (made less personal and more all-encompassing) here for all to see…

We're not sure if you saw our response to this issue in the comments section on Kickstarter, but to explain that a bit further, what has essentially happened is that because of some customs issues with the international shipping agent we were planning to use, we had to stop the shipping process on international orders and find another way to ship them that would be as quick as possible, while also being cost effective, safe and trackable. We now have that method corrected and we're hoping to have most, if not all of the international Kickstarter orders shipped by mid-week next week, minus the missing Black Raven Battle Packs, which we will immediately ship out separately once they arrive in our warehouse.

We completely understand if you're upset by all of this. We're action figure fans and we'd be upset by it as well. But please understand that, although we've been learning to manufacture our own action figures for a few years, the popularity of this particular line of figures took us by surprise and we've never had to manufacture and ship nearly 10,000 figures with such a small crew. We aren't a massive company like Mattel or Digital River. We're three sculptors/fabricators with two full time employees and one part time employees trying to do things right, but discovering hiccups as we go along. We're doing everything within our limited power to correct these hiccups, but when things like this happen, we never abandon our fans or customers and we always try to fix the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Both the new shipping service we'll be using and the new production run on the Black Raven Battle Packs will be more expensive than we'd originally budgeted for, and we'll be taking a well deserved hit out of our own pockets in order to make these things happen, but it's the very least we can do for action figure fans that have been so patient and understanding to us throughout this whole process. This has definitely been a learning process, and hopefully we won't run into any of these same issues with our next Kickstarter project.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience all of this has caused.

Well i finally got my package shipped to me. No sober or screaming head set. On the bright side the 4HM took care of the extra shipping. Was awesome of them that they did. I got on the list to get the accessories when they get more.

Got my non-KS order. Very pleased. I got the black wings for the Raven, but like him better without it and I think they actually look really cool on Quetzy.

Yup! I bought four, but I could definitely see myself picking up at least four more if they were offered.

I'm surprised nobody has posted pictures of the various hands swaps.

For a while I had the Black Raven using a set of the black wings as hands (which looks amazeballs) with the bone wings on his back. Now I have my Black Raven using the open claw feet as hands, makes him seem much more dangerous and evil.

I do have to say that the stands were a letdown, with the waist grabber too far to the back.

Well I ordered their biggest, most expensive kickstarter pack, with everything! I haven't got a shipping notice yet, looks like I am going to be one of the last orders shipped (international), and I already know that they are going to ship it without a battle pack since they ran short and I will have to wait for it to arrive later in 2015...and all I have been able to watch everyone else get KS backorders, DOS orders and post photos and reviews...

I am so sorry I supported their Kickstarter and I will not do that again....and they can make all the excuses they want...they are four guys that took on way too much, and got in over their heads and have done everything wrong with this line...absolutely BRUTAL!
