Don't care about an announcement. It is just a rumor of where the next GTA could be. Lotta people have been saying VC. And also back to Los Santos as well is another. (Since they've been doing "research" in Hollywood")

I'm betting $500 that that's fake.
If anything, it's just some wishlist by some random dude from the ESA. The ESA are a bunch of jokers anyways. Remember when they got everybody to sign up for a free year's subscription on the promise of 10% off any video game purchase at Amazon, then yanked the discount and forced people to write a letter and mail it off to cancel the subscription lest their credit card be automatically charged for a new subscription.
Vagrant Story 2, Bully 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3 are still only pipe dreams at this point. The latest word (from this month's EGM) about KH3 is that the team is too busy working on other things
So much stuff is wrong in that list, it's just silly to believe anything about it could be true.
