Gl is 1/4 scale. He is on thr small side for 1/4 but a quarter none thr less. Just as batman is a little big for 1/4 scale. People need to understand depth perception too. Gl leans considerably to viewed head on makes him look small. He still looks very good with Batman.

Oh no .... There is to much positivity going on in here.... The haters will come.........lol

All kidding aside this is an amazing piece to see in hand. I didn't end up buying to, I saved up for the Spiderman Com and Batman PF instead, but I can truly say that after seeing it in person all my sceptasisim was proven wrong.

Did you end up getting a Batman PF in the end Spidey? You getting Superman?

I'm so happy this statue has gotten the respect it deserves... minus your standard hater of course. Not too common for a statue to recover from that level of shellacking it received leading up to and immediately following its release. A special thanks to those owners who weren't sold by the preview pics, who took that leap of faith based on other forum members' positive word of mouth. Their "conversion" is the strongest testimony for this statue's worth.

I'm hoping the accumulation of good will towards this piece, as well as dynamite sales for Sinestro (fingers crossed), signal more characters from the GL mythos whether they be more Green Lanterns (Guy, John) or other Corps leaders.

Really look forward to matching Sinestro and GL together. It's a shame that sinestro won't have his light up feature though. The stellar light up on GL would have been well complimented had Sinestro been given the same feature.

Alas, what could have been. GL's use of light, particularly with the huge green construct, is the best I've seen. Would've been nice to witness a war of light, but this battle will take place in a well-lit display case and not a darkened room. Hopefully, some talented collector will have his Sinestro wired up, but that won't be easy. :)

Yea I got me a Batman Ex when the Waitlist reopened....lol. As for Superman, as of right now I am working on it, but I don't know.

Good to hear it bud. I hope you manage to get Superman to. They'll look great together. Also I hope your son is doing well.

I got home late last night after the Captain America movie, which I must say I thought was pretty awesome! I opened Hal up and he looks amazing! The only problem with this piece is the hate behind it. I do have some greyish/brownish paint splotches around were his right boot meets his calf from Black to Green. Anyone have this as well? That's where the wiring travels so it might have been defective and then they reattached it, but no worries here! Love the light up feature too! Looks good with my hodge podge of Darth Malgus, BiB Spidey, Carnage and some others. I can't wait to display Hal with Sinestro! I don't get the 1/4 vs. 1/5 argument. He's clearly pretty accurate. He's not on an absurd scale like the Batman and Supes will be but I personally don't care about 100% accuracy anyways.

Sent from a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.

Take a damp cloth and see if it wipes off. I had some on mine and they came right off. Congrats, this is a hell of a nice statue.
