...I'm in so much stress right now, I don't even know what that means . Got my new gaming comp today and my monitor won't get a signal from the damn thing. I'm royally exhausted and a little edged-out.

Anyway, this whole Guardian thing seems like a long shot. Now as far as that WL comment goes, Elder, tells us something if you know something !

Mr Thrifty had his waitlist converted today....for a while. Then they put him back on the waitlist. Bad mistake on SS's part to get someones hopes up like that.

Plus for the rest of us it seems a few share the exact same order time, probably not only with people here on this site but with people on other sites too maybe. How does Sideshow settle that?

I was going by thrifty, but I did that without thinking, theres like no way to convert, processing began a few hours ago.....two days later and there might be conversions when people have declined cards...

One guy's WL converted, earlier on this thread I believe. But that's the only guy I know of.

I think the one or two conversions might be due to the Sideshow Online System kicking out people who use different accounts to order but the shipping address is the same. The rules for SDCC Ex and PPO state that only 1 order per account and per shipping address. Just my 2 cents worth of thought.

It could be but as far as i know it was never sold or offered anywhere else not even Toy Hunters Shop in HK. You could only get it from the Hot Toys booth at the con in 06 with them stating only 250 made.

Toy Square (the former North American Distributor) had some for sale at retail price a few months after it's release in Asia:

Yeah maybe they had someone buy them from the con and ship them over as there was no limits to how many you could buy.
If any where sold anywhere else they still would have got them from the con.
