Some people just like giant trucks it's an extension of their you know what. My dad driv drives his big GMC diesel during the summer, it's actually not that loud, and very comfortable. He drives it because we are always camping, pulling trailers and hauling stuff, so there is a need for a big truck. If you are just a city guy who never pulls anything then yeah a big truck like that is dumb to own.

Well no the prius uses parts & rare materials from all around the world, so to mine it, ship it, manufacture it, ship the parts to another country, build more of it ship it to another country build it all and ship it out is a very polluting process. If you want to drive a prius for whatever reason good for you...go for it... if you love the environment do your bit good for you...go teach people in civil way and they'll listen... but if you just get in peoples faces or create disruptive protests the rest of the population is just going to say FU!!!

Are you talking about the truck driver or the prius driver? I'm having a hard time telling the difference based on "infringing on the other". They both seem to think their rights or privledges are more important than the other.

Not really relevant to this video, but I know people in my neighborhood who think their rights would be infinged on if we complained about them reving motorcycles at 6am. Tolerance and responsibility go both ways and need to be respected if people want to maintain civility. Doing something that infringes on other people's space or something just because you can isn't really the spirit of rights, imo. Not that that directly applies to this situation. In any case, people have a right to speak up. Its not like she put this guy under citizen arrest or something that really "infringed" on him. There is no law against giving someone an earful of crazy or truth.

All that fat _____ had to do was roll up her windows and/or move to a different spot. It's not her property. She's not entitled to anything special in that circumstance. The fact that he had napping kids in the car and wanted to run the AC made him more a priority than her sitting in her prius, reading romance novels and pounding dingdongs on her lunch break (assuming she's even employed).

I think this is the majority of truck drivers here in Houston. Most of their trucks are so spotless and clean, they haven't been driven even a mile down a dirt road or hauled anything. And they think they own the roads.
