Wow. After beating Halo 4 I know that I absolutely must get this PF. It also explains why they decided to do her as she does appear full size and materialized at the end of the game. I know this is an immense stretch, but I hope Sideshow goes all out with the EX and makes it her holding out her hand gently so that when they have a Master Chief Halo 4 PF one day you can form a diorama where she is touching the chest of his armor. It would be beautiful, especially if the bases connect. Imagine that. Actually doing a touching/emotional scene rather than generic battle poses.

That would be awesome, although I'd get sick of crying every time I see it haha. What did you think of the ending BTW? I wonder if they'll bring Cortana back somehow. Maybe Halsey could take a brain scan of Chief to put Cortana's memories and personality in another A.I. Although it'll never be the same

I think 343 really decided to take the Halo story and character interactions a step above previous games and they succeeded greatly. In my opinion outside the books the story was never the strongest point of Halo, but I found myself continuing through the campaign just to see the next interactions with Cortana. The ending was sad, but very well done especially Chief's final line prior to the epilogue. The epilogue though I think was stupid and unneeded. Just ending it with Chief staring at the Earth would have been perfect. With that being said I think killing her off was largely unneeded especially because I find Chief to be very dull and she is literally the only person who keeps you emotionally attached to the game/story. They need her. I would rather have a game without Chief than a game without her so I hope they can find a believable non cop out to bring back Cortana exactly how she was. Not a replica with the same memories or anything like that. Obviously one of the take away points was that she was just as human as Chief. In fact she was even more human than him. Making some kind of data copy would be a slap in the face. It needs to be the real Cortana.

I've always been hooked by Halo's story. Personally it was the biggest attraction that drew me to the series. 343 has looked to the books and the expanded universe for their story, and they should have enough content for another 2 games, easy. Do you mean the cinematic at the end of the credits? Because I think that was there to setup Spartan Ops, and personally, I liked the speech by the Didact. Felt very menacing and a good set up for the next game. I have a feeling they will bring back Cortana, although they gave Chief a lot more personality and humanity which I liked. However we mainly saw this side of him in his interactions with Cortana, so she is key for Chief's character. I'd like to see more Laskey in Halo 5, possibly as a sidekick to Chief, and it will be interesting to see what the Covenant do now that they're new leader is dead.

I have a huge hatred toward spoilers :lol I hate when people spoil things for me, no matter what it is for and no matter how minor the spoilers are, and so of course I try to avoid spoiling things for others. I have been very careful to avoid even the most subtle of Halo 4 spoilers.

I've played the game for about a couple hours and since you're using a spoiler tag in a thread about the Cortana PF, I don't think I need to read it to determine what's going to happen. Obviously I don't know how, but I'm pretty sure I know the end result.
 
I only did 2 missions yet and i am very pleased with the game so far, i can't wait for the full reveal :)

This statue has potential. I hope they manage to make her semi translucent and not look cheap and it definitely needs a light-up feature.
Execution will make or break this; I say $299, maybe $350 with light-up.
 
I would like 1/4 Covenant Grunt committing suicide with two plasma grenades in a pose like how they wildly run at you! :blissy

Okay being serious I want 1/4 Covenant HUNTER!!!!
