Got replacement head from Kit, he was extra and used premium packaging  this time it is perfect! No freckle on the nose either (I have two now, one with freckle and one without lol)also got Hot Toys Star Lord with it and I still don’t get why InArt is as overrated. Star Lord is fantastic, his skin paint is very realistic and detailed, hot toys truly upgraded their game. While Aragorn has no defects this time, his skin paint still looks somehow dirty, like there are few shades put on without blending, which in the end gives a dirty look and I know that’s not a part of artistic choices. Gonna keep the head in that premium box to avoid nose damage in the figure box as I can’t display him rn.

Just getting back up to speed on this thread.. Think there's any chance of Kit having any limited Premium Aragorns, as he did with Gandalf?
Can anyone vouch for PopCollectibles? Reliable at all? Anyone?
Thanks....
I would avoid them. Customer service basically doesn't exist. You'd have a better chance getting an email response from my dead grandmother.

He doesn't wear the necklace until after getting to Rivendell and he speaks with Arwin after Bormir dropped the Narsil handle, and he picked it up. Then once he leaves with the fellowship he has it on. I have him displayed as Strider without the Gauntlets and the wrapped ranger cloak as you can see in my image a page back. Though I have the necklace on him in case I want to switch the look to his TT one. Ironically the elven cloak is accurate material wise as in film especially in TT you can see they're thin.
To me this isn't accurate elven cloak material at all, or even something a bit plush like ASMUS microsuede.

The real cloaks are thin, yes. Thin woven wool with a distinct pattern. You can buy a real one https://stansborough.co.nz/product/lord-of-the-rings-trilogy-licensed-fellowship-fabric-cloak/

Initially I figured the "premium" InArt would, yah know, maybe commission a special woven fabric or at least have a print to scale of the weave of the real thing. Instead this is cheap speckled nylon or polyester. InArt probably figures most won't care or notice like with Legolas' council cloak. Myself I push to the back because it looks - cheap and unfinished.

I just don't get why so many are giving InArt a free pass on the quality and the missing cloak?

You only get things when you voice your displeasure. This is a 400-500 dollar figure here. I will not lie to justify my purchase.

I am not satisfied, with the rooted hair nor my missing cloak. I am very worried about the stand and the head paint at this point

Packed up my Aragorn's....rooted to sell and the other till I get a better stand.

Really liking the figure. I usually live in the Star Wars realm and dab into Marvel, but this figure just felt pretty special. Haven’t been as excited to set up a figure in awhile, and I’m not done tinkering yet. At moments I wish I would have went with rooted, some of peoples pics are amazing, but with my luck I’d just mess up the hair. So it was better to play it safe.

I received my sculpted Aragorn today. I opened had a quick look and really like the head sculpt. Much better in person than all the photo's (no disrespect) that have been posted. I'll open the accessories and assemble at a later date. Sorry folks I cannot get myself to trust this magnet base system (this is my first one). After spending all this money on a figure I had to go find a stand I was not using so I could sleep at night!! I have a few idea's for an official stand but this is how it will be displayed until those ideas come to fruitionView attachment 735558

For myself I try to be fair; trying to think if I ever bought a figure that I thought was just plain *&^%, across the board. Well maybe he's not complete *&^% but wasn't thrilled with CW Bucky - IMO not a great head sculpt with plain paint, pants too short, the boots were curved so without a stand he just falls over - tho he was the first with a shiny, shiny arm. Plus a reused rifle accessory.

There are things that bug some people and don't bother others. InArt has done some good stuff with Aragorn - very nice detailing and accessories; so far feels like a sturdy body; pretty good sculpt. He LOOKS good on the shelf. And for folks like me who like to add stuff, he's a good starting point.

I think it's like Gipetto? said in an earlier comment - InArt is a choice, not necessarily THE choice. To be charitable - so OK, maybe if they had boosted the tunic and cloak quality, threw in a crotch stand, more arrows, better hair and paint QC it would have boosted the cost even higher. I don't know. Personally I could lose the fancy box and fancy stand and packaging which will just get stored, in favor of better QC. As well as premium customer service instead of acting like it's a bother to deal with customers.
