August 28, 2009 - According to a report on Next-gen.biz, Microsoft is investigating news of a breach in its distribution for process of Halo 3: ODST that has resulted in possibly hundreds of French gamers getting their hands on it early.

The company has warned it will take action against those that obtain the game through nefarious means, but it won't ban gamers from Xbox Live who legitimately purchased it early through retail errors.

In other news, American Halo fans are jealous of the French.

those French bastids!!!! man, this happened with Halo2 as well. i know, i remember downloading it and playing 2 weeks before it released--i just didn't know what anyone was saying.

wow..one of them says you have to complete an entire level on legendary without firing a weapon or throwing a single grenade.

that video was awesome!!!! the battle scene reminded me of the saving private ryan beach invasion.

wow....that 1:30 was intense. i can only hope the movie they make is as "dark" as that seemed. i have been waiting to see something like this for years.
