The gameplay is definitely different from COD. I'm afraid playing those games has made me soft. But I was cranking out some crazy assassinations last night.

I did some checking last night after I left. Right now the max rank u can hit is Lt. Colonel Grade 3. Bungie has capped it cause they had people resetting the challenges somehow and really raking in the credits to rank up. It's supposed to be lifted in the next month or so. You will still be able to earn credits and when lifted you will automatically rank up.

I agree. I don't get why people feel the need to do that. Like you I've been having a blast relaxing playing the Grunt mode. You can do that rank up and just chill out at the same time before playing some competitive MP.
