Alas-no. They are delayed. AGAIN. Dracula was supposed to have been here by turkey day, and Van Helsing for Christmas. If they are too much later, Diamond will re-solicit them AGAIN. Blame the economic upheaval and demands for more humane working conditions in Chinese factories. Thats what everyone else does when things suffer multiple delays these days.:gah::lol:peace:monkey3

The busts are 8" i think 1/5 scale there bigger than Gentle Giants.
Does anyone know if these are still limited to only 1000 world wide?
I would love to see an Oliver Reed Curse Of The Werewolf bust done next.

I'm really interested in these as I'm a huge Hammer fan, and the promo pics look great, but I fear the quality of the final versions after seeing how Titan's Doctor Who busts turned out compared to the solicits. Makes me very nervous, especially as Doctor Who these days would likely be seen as a more 'important' license, and Hammer, sadly, as more of a niche market experiment.

I so want these to turn out good though.

Gods of Statuary, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you, will remember if we were good collectors or bad. What we bought, or why we passed. All that matters is that Hammer busts appealed to many, that's what's important. Pre-orders pleases you, so grant me one request. Grant me prototype-quality Hammer busts! And if you do not listen then to Hell with you!

Hey, it's worth a shot... :p

Oh, and personally my next three picks for the Hammer line would be:

Oliver Reed as Leon Corledo (in wolf form) from Curse of the werewolf (good call!)
Raquel Welch as Loana from One Million Years B.C.
Christopher Lee as the resurrected Kharis from The Mummy

Also love to see:
Herbert Lom as The Phantom from Phantom of the Opera
Peter Cushing as Baron Von Frankenstein from The Curse of Frankenstein
Christopher Lee as The Creature from The Curse of Frankenstein

Ursula Andress as Ayesha from She
Peter Cushing as Reverend Blyss from Captain Clegg (aka Night Creatures)
Christopher Lee as Rasputin from Rasputin, The Mad Monk

Other Hammer scream queens like Caroline Munto, Barbara Shelley, Julie Ege, Marie Devereux, Veronica Carlson, and Madeline Smith would be welcomed too.

Oh, and a twin set of Ralph Bates as Dr Henry Jekyll, and Martine Beswick as Ms Edwina Hyde from Doctor Jekyll and Sister Hyde.

You know, just for starters... :lol

.................uhm, at this point I would be happy if they would start fulfilling orders for the three they have already announced. But go ahead and dream. I used to do that all the time with Sideshow's Universal Monsters line. Only for them to stop abruptly time after time, after time.....:gah::monkey2:monkey3

I'm under no illusions that it'll happen, it's just what I'd like to see if the first three come out, sell, and are of decent quality. But hell, if we're being honest I'll be surprised if all three solicited pieces end up actually being made - the Lee Dracula will happen, Cushing Van Helsing will probably happen, the Pitt Countess I have my doubts will actually get to production though. And I'll be even more surprised if the released versions are actually worth a damn, given Titan's output so far.

just got notice that Christopher Lee will be shipping out in 7 days. Status of the other two said order is filled not yet shipped (whatever that means)

I may get these but I will repaint them paint jobs are not that great to me.
