No. The podcast has stated these helmets are not swapable and these are the only helmets they will come with. They are an accessory for them to hold, not wear.

We're sacrificing the ability to swap heads for the inside detail..... I'm a bit torn myself. I was thinking, for display purposes, I could slap Han's helmet on him at certain times and use him for a second Stormtrooper to flank Vader. The detail is nice though....

I was thinking this at first also, but I realized, would I ever really want to hide those awesome sculpts? Not likely. The interior helmet detail is welcomed surprise to swapable helms.

I am going to buy one stormie helmet (I already have one extra one) and those will go on the stormies and the heads will go on HT bods with the ANH Han Luke Clothes swapped on to them.

Yes, this is the best of both worlds. If I want a stormtrooper - I have stormtroopers for that. At best I expected a swappable helmet head, but this is 10 times better.

I have to admit I never realized the interior of the lenses had those weird eye pieces. How was someone realistically supposed to look out those things?

Since many of us are considering replacing the Buck ANH Han and Luke's sculpts for these, I wonder if the neck attachment will work? These stormies must be on the armored body, so I wonder if the heads will actually be swappable with previous figures? I hope so, I really like these new updated sculpts -- cocky Han and dumbfounded Luke are just awesome!

I thought the last ANH Han Sculpt was fantastic; I don't mean the end result, as the production paint app was lacking, but this Stormie Han has an awesome expression....great job, Sideshow. Now, let's pray the end result looks this good....

I hope the armor does not require heating

I like these sculpts more than the ANH Luke and Han, but am not considering dismantling figures to change it. I'd rather have Han and Luke stormtroopers than 2 regular stormtroopers any day.

This is a major home run for SS. They got all the details right, added features when they could have recycled and really went above and beyond with these two. I was bracing, not to be let down necessarily, but to accept certain compromises in execution but they did not disappoint with these two.

Now we just need Chewbacca with bowcaster, rifle and binders to complete the setup! :chew

I am at work, so cant view the vid yet, but did they redo any of the Stormtrooper armor pieces to fit Luke...cause his armor looks in scale to his shorter body...just wondering.. Does the vid make mention of that?

No, but it does look like Luke is shorter. Hard to tell if the armor is at all different.

Since he stole the armor, it shouldn't fit him properly and be too big. But I'm betting that SSC, like Lucas' costume designer, made the armor to fit the shorter body.
