Perhaps Sideshow will just do two heads, one regular, one unmasked with the tongue sticking out. Would make sense and save a portrait.

From the sketch art it looks as though the regular will come with the jester hat and the EX will come with the unmasked portrait. The unmasked looks as though her tongue is out.

I'm very much looking forward to this piece.

Looking at this the only thing I will say is that a lot of the character shown in the masked head sketches has been lost in the headsculpt here, BUT THAT isn't saying anything considering that this is in an early stage.
