And there are several representations of Harley. There isn't one "right" way to do it. The same as there are several versions of Joker.

For me they did it right. For some others, perhaps not.

Exactly. If anyone here has played the video games, i.e. Arkham Asylum, Arkham City or Injustice, you will know Harley acts just like what the EX head portrays.

In fact, even in Injustice, her opening sequence before a battle is doing hopscotch and then sticking her tongue out at her opponent.

Nah. She has a childish face. Her hair tied up accentuates that even more. But she is childish. No self awareness. No self direction. She is complete obsession.

Make no mistake, Harley is faaaaar gone from being a doctor. That's the mythos behind her character. Joker took a semi intellectual and broke her down to nothing. She a childish plaything for him which he thinks next to nothing of.

Correct. She's immature. She's childish. She's easily led. She is hopelessly devoted to a psychopath. Joker makes her feel like a little girl. The EX head sculpt accentuates that perfectly.

I have no problem with Harley sticking out her tongue. But the EX head has her do that with the weird angry face at the same time which look odd. They could have had a more playful or mischievous expression.

Yes, I am aware that the Joker regards Harley as more of a nuisance than anything else. However, this does not cause her actually to regress in age back to her early teenage years.

Not sure I'd call Joker a "semi-intellectual" either. He is not a stupid person.

As far as someone else's comment about the EX head's neck, have to agree: that is not helping matters.

He called Harley, not the Joker, that. Which rings true, if you've read Mad Love. Harley was so sure of herself, of her amassed knowledge, as a psychiatrist, and that confidence broke the moment she fell in love "at first sight" with the bound Joker. :monkey3

CORRECTOMONDO! :clap

Yeah I agree with dcmarv. anyone not sure about this 100% please don't waste your money. Think about it first. It's 400.00 for something else you really want. If there's anything you don't like on the ex head, why waste your money? Get a reg and proudly display it without the ex head. Only order this 400.00 if you really want it. ;)

No one is denying this, but it still did not cause time to turn backward and suddenly Harley was physically 13 years old. Both versions of this head appear to be 13, especially the EX head and I am puzzled as to why this is ok with so many people.

I'll just keep waiting for a version which is more in line with Dodson's take on the character: fully a grownup, thanks. Something more like this:

PLenty of va-va-voom there, but y'know..... grown up and loving it.

When women scrunch up their face and stick their tongues out it tends to take off a couple years.

Especially when their hair is tied in pig tails.

And carry a mallet that's twice their size.

And wear a "onesie".

That's Harley Quinn.

Terry Dodson drew an amazing HQ

This Harley would go nicely with the Joker. Yes, she does look young, but the Joker too does not look like a older guy. In fact he looks like he has just started his career :lol

If I need an older Harley, Ross' version would be what I'd like to see.

SS should just start doing Ross-inspired dioramas. His multiple posters come to mind. They could start off with this Mad Love-ish dio of Joker and Harley. Instant buy for me. :clap

crap increase prices now? Tax coming soon, shipping increases, hmmmm.... This is getting out of hand for new statues. Sooner or later all these increases will back fire. With all the price jumps we are already looking at 400.00 for a reg size PF. Would hate to see the price of rhino size ones in the future.
