They have a flag on your account and when you PO they bump the ES up by 3000.

Just curious how long do you have to cancel an nrd item before no return? Is it until you get the processing email?

The only reason must be SS sold out of the original stock so they cancel the low quantity alert and up the ES because it's still selling well. I can't think of any other reason.

24 to 48 hours usually. It's best in 24hours so you don't get the NRD charged.
