this is easily the ""best"" i ever seen,,,wow...great great job...how about one with an expression....that indy smirk...i think thats what sculpts lack...

I think this has the potential to be the definitive Harrison, but you definatly got to go all out on a high quality caster.

If a sculpt can look that good it would be killer.

There's no way it looks THAT good once printed. The skin texture looks too detailed for printing. But if the basic shape and features translate then the rest can be achieved with painting.

Cheers guys :) At the moment there is no timeline set as I've got a busy start to the new year, though I'm looking into printing and casting options.
For now this is just a personal project, though I'm not completely ruling out a casting run ;)

Here are more images. The clay render version (needing sculpted head and facial hair) and more dramatic lighting shots.

If the final version comes out this good, you will have a lot of business on your hands! Mine included! Will be following this thread with great interest.

Wow... if you could produce this head painted, that would make DX Indy a spectacular figure!

That's the stuff right there! F'ing outstanding. You've really captured Ford around the time of Last Crusade.

Can you tell us a bit about what software you used? Do you have edgeloops in your geometry for animation? Have you done any keys for speaking or expression?

That render new pic of the full render at the bottom is eerily good!:horror

It seriously makes me want to see a new, computer animated Indy film set before KOTCS or something.
