I wouldn't buy from shapeways though, their quality is no where near good enough for 1/6 scale portraits - GREAT sculpt btw!

We are using a company called Grow It to print medical imaging phantoms for our research.

They seem to be doing a good job so far and are capable of fine detail. They can print in multiple materials which is helpful to us.

The company you are using seem to know what they are doing, will be interested to see what you get in the physical sculpt.

Cheers guys This project isn't dead, I've just been bogged down at work lately. Though I'm just as eager to see this printed as you are I first need to sculpt his hair, then convert the head to fit hot toys. Will try to post updates soon.

A lot of guys come here just to get feedback on their renderings.

Making the effort to produced sculpt is very difficult and expensive.
