He posted an email sent to him from a sideshow rep telling him he may no longer order from sideshow and all his existing preorders have been cancelled.. They explained this was due to his harrassing phone calls and emails.. He then went on a tirade on how injust it is/was.

And I thought I had issues..

I remember back during fantacular 05 there was someone who came in to the chat with the moniker of Kodiak, he was whining about somebody winning three or four prizes and saying sideshow was showing favoratism or something. He got booted then, wonder if its the same jerk.

Last I saw of him he was bashing the sideshow customer reps who had just banned him from purchasing from sideshow and cancelled all his orders for abusing the rep girls.

Yeah, he was a real piece of work. Doing what he did to some board members with his comments and the SS CS reps really showed a lot about the guy. It's sad really that someone would feel the need to be this way.

I am glad he got banned. He certainly had some issues, especially with non-white people. But I would like to know what he said to get banned?

I know he had the first one about how they put his account on hold because he was disputing a charge.

Yes I agree he was a VERY angry person, and he had more then one warning from Dave in a very short time period if I remeber correct.

I'm glad to hear Sideshow supported their employees and cancelled this jerks orders. Too many employers allow their employees to put up with rude and even aggressive behaviour from "customers".

The few times I've spoken to Amy and the other reps they've been more than helpful, so good on Sideshow's management for standing by them on this issue.

Yeah, whoever first said "The customer is always right" must never have been on the other end of the discussion. Customers are wrong a lot of the time and deserve to be told so.
